It's Real, and YES, Alcohol Can KILL You

It is alarming that over one-third of our junior high and high school students DO NOT KNOW that a person can die from an alcohol overdose.  Many think the worst case scenario from drinking too much alcohol is you throw up that night and wake up the next day with a bad hangover.  Sadly, many of our young people do not live to see the next day after a night of heavy drinking.  Often they were left alone by friends so they could "sleep it off."  Is it any wonder why, especially during the college years where alcohol games and initiations encourage drinking large amounts of alcohol in a short amount of time, that young people continue to die from alcohol poisoning?
